South Africa. Upon leaving for this trip I prayed ‘God let us as a team see Africa in all its fullness’… He did not disappoint. Not only did we see beautiful South African sunsets, hang out with lions and meet beautiful people, but we saw God moving powerfully as we ministered to a nation in desperate need of Jesus.
The first leg of tour was spent with Bloemfontein and Durban CRC’s. Ps At Boshoff and his team hosted us where we ministered at their women’s conference (‘Bling’), their Sunday in church service in Bloemfontein, and two mid-week meetings in Durban. We saw over 300 give their hearts to the Lord and an overwhelming response to Pastor Sam’s message (at Bling and Sunday service). All I can say is God is on the move in South Africa >>
A huge highlight was visiting a recue home in Bloemfontein. It’s here that we saw abandoned infants rescued from appalling conditions, (streets, bins, abuse etc) and being restored into a life full of wholeness and destiny. We were able to spend some time loving on and playing with these beautiful, God ordained children. I think I can speak for all of us when I say >>
This was a life defining moment…
And now it’s time to say our goodbyes. Thank you Bloem and Durban for the opportunity to minister, the huge amounts of fun and the moments that left us changed forever. Next…
